Create Your First Project

Add your website domain and configure search preferences including target country, language, and device type (desktop or mobile).

Add Keywords

Add the keywords you want to track. You can add them individually or paste multiple keywords at once.

Start Tracking

Rankings are checked automatically based on your plan’s schedule, or you can trigger manual checks at any time.

Projects

Projects represent the websites you track. Each project has its own domain, search preferences, and keyword set.

Create & Configure

Set a project name, domain (e.g. example.com), and search preferences: target country, language, and device type.

Project Overview

See total keywords, average position, top 10 count, best performer, and most improved keyword at a glance.

Recent Movers

Quickly identify which keywords are climbing and which are dropping with the movers card.

Position Over Time

Visualize average ranking position trends with interactive line charts.

Ranking Distribution

See how your keywords are distributed across ranking tiers: Top 3, Top 10, 11–20, and 20+.

Edit & Delete

Update project settings at any time. Deleting a project removes all associated keywords and ranking history.

Keywords

Track keyword rankings across search engines with real-time position monitoring and historical data.

Add Keywords

Add keywords to any project. Each keyword is tracked independently with its own ranking history.

Position Badges

Color-coded badges show ranking tiers at a glance: Top 3 (gold), Top 10 (blue), 11–20, 20+, and Not Ranked.

Change Indicators

Arrow indicators show position changes since the last check, so you can spot improvements and drops instantly.

Trend Sparklines

Mini inline charts show the 7-day position history for each keyword right in the table.

Filters & Search

Filter by project, position tier, or search by keyword phrase. Sort by newest, best/worst position, biggest change, or last checked.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple keywords and trigger rank checks for all of them at once.

Keyword Detail Page

Dive deep into any keyword with full ranking history, position charts, best/average position, top 10 rate, and velocity stats.

Volatility & Velocity

Track how stable your rankings are (volatility) and how fast they’re moving (velocity in positions per week).

Control how and when your keyword rankings are checked with three flexible modes.

Automatic

Mode

Rankings are checked automatically by the system on your plan’s schedule. No manual intervention needed.

Hybrid

Mode

Rankings are checked automatically on schedule, and you can also trigger manual checks whenever you want.

Manual

Mode

You have full control over when rankings are checked. No automatic checks run.

Check Frequency

Depending on your plan, rankings are checked daily or weekly. Higher-tier plans include more frequent checks.

Credits System

Each rank check uses one credit from your monthly allowance. Credits reset on your subscription anniversary date.

Check Now

Trigger an instant rank check for any keyword using the Check Now button. Available in Hybrid and Manual modes.

Queue System

Rank checks are queued and processed in order. The dashboard shows real-time queue status and progress.

Reports

Generate detailed ranking reports with charts, exports, and AI-powered analysis.

Custom Reports

Select any project and date range (7d, 14d, 30d, 90d, current month, last month) to generate a tailored report.

Performance Summary

Overview cards showing total keywords, Top 3 count, Top 10 count, and average position for the selected period.

Charts & Visualizations

Ranking distribution charts and position trend lines help you visualize performance at a glance.

Top Movers

See which keywords improved the most and which need attention with the top improvements and declines sections.

PDF Export

Download professional PDF reports with all charts and data. Use quick export buttons for common date ranges.

CSV Export

Export raw ranking data as CSV for further analysis in spreadsheets or other tools.

AI Features

Leverage AI-powered insights to improve your SEO strategy with smart recommendations, summaries, and keyword clustering.

SEO Recommendations

Get AI-generated SEO recommendations for any keyword, prioritized by impact level (High, Medium, Low) with expected outcomes.

AI Summary Reports

Generate AI-powered project analysis including health score (0–100), executive summary, key wins, areas of concern, and action items.

Keyword Clustering

AI groups your keywords by search intent (informational, transactional, navigational, commercial) to reveal content opportunities.

Suggested Keywords

AI clusters suggest new keywords to track. Add them to your project with one click directly from the cluster view.

Follow-Up Questions

Ask follow-up questions about any AI analysis to dive deeper into specific recommendations or insights.

AI Credits

AI features use a separate credit pool from rank checks. Credits are shown across the app and tracked per action.

Smart Caching

AI results are cached locally and on the server, so revisiting a report doesn’t cost additional credits.

Plan Details

View your current plan name, price, check frequency (daily/weekly), keyword limit, project limit, and team seats.

Credit Usage

Track rank check credits with a visual progress bar. See credits used, remaining, and status (Healthy, Warning, Critical, Exhausted).

AI Credit Usage

Track your AI credit balance separately from rank check credits. Displayed on the dashboard and in every AI feature panel.

Anniversary Resets

Credits reset on your subscription anniversary date each month, not on a fixed calendar day.

Billing History

View your full transaction history including payments, refunds, and amounts.

Upgrade Plans

Compare plans and upgrade from the billing page or pricing page to unlock more keywords, credits, and features.

Settings

Configure your ranking check preferences and email notification settings.

Check Mode

Choose between Automatic, Hybrid, or Manual ranking check modes. Available modes depend on your plan.

Ranking Change Alerts

Get notified when keyword positions change by a configurable threshold (e.g. 5 or more positions).

Credits Running Low

Receive an email when you’ve used 90% of your monthly credits so you can plan accordingly.

Credits Exhausted

Get notified immediately when all monthly credits are used up.

Credits Refreshed

Receive a notification when your monthly credits are reset on your anniversary date.

Subscription Expiry

Get warned when your subscription is approaching its expiry or renewal date.

Weekly Summary
