Create your first project

Add your domain and set search preferences: country, language, and device (desktop or mobile).

Add keywords

Add the keywords you want to track. You can add them individually or paste multiple keywords at once.

Start tracking

Rankings are checked automatically on your plan's schedule, or you can trigger manual checks at any time.

Projects

Projects represent the websites you track. Each project has its own domain, search preferences, and keyword set.

Create and configure

Set a project name, a domain (example.com), and search preferences: country, language, and device.

Project overview

See total keywords, average position, top 10 count, best performer, and most improved keyword at a glance.

Recent movers

See which keywords are climbing and which are dropping in the movers card.

Position over time

See average position over time on an interactive line chart.

Ranking distribution

See how your keywords are spread across ranking tiers: top 3, top 10, 11-20, and 20+.

Edit and delete

Update project settings at any time. Deleting a project removes all associated keywords and ranking history.

Keywords

Track keyword rankings across search engines with real-time position monitoring and historical data.

Add keywords

Add keywords to any project. Each keyword is tracked independently with its own ranking history.

Position badges

Color-coded badges show ranking tiers at a glance: top 3 (gold), top 10 (blue), 11-20, 20+, and not in the top 100.

Change indicators

Arrows show how each position moved since the last check, so improvements and drops stand out.

Trend sparklines

Small inline charts show each keyword's last 7 days of positions, right in the table.

Filters and search

Filter by project or position tier, or search by keyword. Sort by newest, best or worst position, biggest change, or last checked.

Bulk actions

Select several keywords and check them all at once.

Keyword detail page

Open any keyword for its full ranking history, position chart, best and average position, top 10 rate, and velocity.

Volatility and velocity

Track how stable your rankings are (volatility) and how fast they're moving (velocity, in positions per week).

Automatic

Mode

Rankings are checked automatically on your plan's schedule. Nothing to do by hand.

Hybrid

Mode

Rankings are checked automatically on schedule, and you can also trigger manual checks whenever you want.

Manual

Mode

You decide when rankings are checked. Nothing runs on its own.

Check frequency

Rankings are checked daily or weekly, depending on your plan. Higher plans check more often.

Credits system

Each ranking check uses one credit from your monthly allowance. Credits reset on your subscription anniversary date.

Check now

Check any keyword straight away with the Check now button. Available in hybrid and manual modes.

Queue system

Ranking checks are queued and processed in order. The dashboard shows queue status and progress as they run.

Reports

Build ranking reports with charts, exports, and AI analysis.

Custom reports

Pick a project and a date range (7d, 14d, 30d, 90d, this month, last month) to build the report.

Performance summary

Cards showing total keywords, top 3 count, top 10 count, and average position for the period.

Charts and visuals

Distribution charts and trend lines show how the whole keyword set is doing.

Top movers

See which keywords improved most and which need attention, in the improvements and declines sections.

PDF export

Download a PDF report with every chart and table. Quick export buttons cover the common date ranges.

CSV export

Export raw ranking data as CSV for a spreadsheet or another tool.

AI features

Use AI insights to sharpen your SEO: recommendations, summaries, and keyword clusters.

SEO recommendations

Get AI-written SEO recommendations for any keyword, ranked by impact (high, medium, low) with the outcome to expect.

AI summary reports

Generate an AI analysis of the project: health score (0 to 100), summary, what went well, what needs attention, and what to do next.

Keyword clustering

AI groups your keywords by search intent (informational, transactional, navigational, commercial) to show where content is missing.

Suggested keywords

Clusters suggest new keywords to track. Add them to your project in one click from the cluster view.

Follow-up questions

Ask follow-up questions about any AI analysis to go deeper on a recommendation.

AI credits

AI features draw on a separate credit pool from ranking checks. The balance is shown across the app and tracked per action.

Smart caching

AI results are cached locally and on the server, so revisiting a report doesn't cost extra credits.

Each cluster comes with a pillar topic to build content around.

Billing and subscription

Manage your subscription, follow your credit use, and read your billing history.

Plan details

See your plan name, price, check frequency, keyword limit, and project limit.

Credit usage

Track ranking credits with a progress bar. See credits used, credits remaining, and status (healthy, warning, critical, exhausted).

AI credit usage

Track your AI credit balance separately from ranking credits. It is shown on the dashboard and in every AI panel.

Anniversary resets

Credits reset on your subscription anniversary date each month, not on a fixed calendar day.

Billing history

See your full transaction history: payments, refunds, and amounts.

Compare plans and upgrade from the billing page or the pricing page for more keywords, credits, and features.

Settings

Set how rankings are checked and which emails you get.

Check mode

Choose between automatic, hybrid, and manual ranking check modes. Which ones you can use depends on your plan.

Ranking change alerts

Get notified when keyword positions change by a configurable threshold (e.g. 5 or more positions).

Credits running low

Receive an email when you've used 90% of your monthly credits, so you can plan ahead.

Credits exhausted

Get told as soon as the month's credits are all used.

Credits refreshed

Get a notice when your monthly credits reset on your anniversary date.

Subscription expiry

Get a warning as your subscription nears its renewal or expiry date.

Weekly summary

Turn on a weekly email summing up how your rankings did across all projects.

Monthly report

Receive a monthly email with detailed ranking analytics and trends.
